Park Connector Network - NParks webpage

The NParks webpage was revamped recently and the park connectors are found under the Visitor's Guide here.

It lacks a satellite view but at least its up there as a reference. In January, Singeo provided NParks map overlays on Google Earth which you can download. So who's is going to do the honours of plotting them all on Google Earth proper? Let me know!

The webpage seems a bit over selling the park connector network. Do they also provide tips and warnings for some not so easily to ride spots? I believe there are also places where the map suggest passable but isn't so on the ground.

I'll check out the part of Kallang Park Connector that crosses PIE, or may be someone here can just tell me how have they connected this part?

Hi Siva, the NParks people haven't made this easy but the co-ordinates for their polylines are in the code. As a start here's Buangkok Park Connector in kml. I'll try to do some of the others over the next few days.

Just checked. There is a path up to the footpath besides Jalan Toa Payoh/PIE. Riding further east there will be a bridge (need to carry bicycle) to cross the PIE. Didn't go over just now, but according to their map on site, need to ride on some small roads before reaching the park connector again.

Why didn't they, or where did they put up these useful on site maps online?

I have a Google map overlay that plots all the PCN routes including LTA and Town Council cycling paths. Hope it helps. https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/view?mid=zYN7CFn96k94.k5NpSMlBEPvI
