There is a path up to the footpath b...Just checked. There is a path up to the footpath besides Jalan Toa Payoh/PIE. Riding further east there will be a bridge (need to carry bicycle) to cross the PIE. Do they also provide tips and warnings for some not so easily to ride spots?
